Tatiana is a certified mat pilates instructor who has been passionate about movement from a young age and is happy to share that with others. With a background in dance and nutrition, Tatiana hopes to create a wellness space that empowers others to feel confident and comfortable in their wellness practices. Tatiana also offers modifications in movement for those that may be new to pilates or want another option for their movement.
